Katrina Johnson
Pre-Licensed Therapist
I am a warm, collaborative, person-centered therapist who believes in the innate capacity of humans to heal, grow, and thrive. Wherever you are on your path I will join you and help guide you to connect to your authentic self, inner wisdom, strengths, and compassion. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, unresolved trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues.
Our work together could involve enhancing your natural resilience, positive coping skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and learning how to accept and process your emotions. My holistic and integrative approach draws from such modalities as mindful self-compassion, somatic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and LGBTQ+ Affirming Care in working with clients to meet their unique needs and goals. https://www.katrinajohnsontherapy.com

Jenny Ziesenhenne
Pre-Licensed Therapist
I believe our well-being is interconnected to all life around us, which gives us the opportunity to tend to many relationships in our environment. One of the most important relationships we have is with ourselves. How we take care of ourselves, impacts how we are able to show up for others.
I work from a person-centered, humanistic approach, and incorporate a variety of modalities that can include nature therapy, play therapy, mindfulness-based CBT, somatic psychotherapy, and emotion focused therapy. I have a warm and gentle approach, tailoring to your unique needs. I meet with children ages 5 and up, adolescents, and young adults, who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, eco-grief, relationship dissatisfaction, and difficult life transitions.
